Grady's 1st Birthday

Melissa and Derek's son Grady had his 1st birthday March 29th, its hard to believe he is a year already!! We got to celebrate last Saturday afternoon at his house - lots of food, family and friends. Daisy even got an invite...I think Grady was slightly more excited to see Daisy walk in than Heavy and I.

Easter Weekend Wine Tasting

My cousins, aunt and uncle invited us to a day of wine tasting in Temecula. It was Matt and Tarah's first wedding anniversary - it was fun celebrating with you guys!
It was a beautiful day to sip wine and champers! Nancy and Mark also came down for a visit, they even stopped and met us at our last winery.

We spent Easter Sunday with Mark and Nancy and had a few others over for a mini BBQ here at the house. It was not the traditional spread - we threw some burgers and dogs on the grill and popped in some fries! We later walked down to the bay and had a couple glasses of wine at the Catamaran. It was a very nice weekend!
MINUS that earthquake...one of the longest scariest quakes I have ever witnessed.

Krissy and Tito are having a baby!

The Banuelos Family are just about pop out a baby boy!! Krissy is due May 5th...Cinco de Mayo! Im pretty sure she is going to have him early though. My guess is April 30th!
Fortunately I was able to get up to Sacramento to help celebrate at their baby shower. A bunch of family and friends made it up, it was a great day.

Heavy surprised me at Christmas with a weekend trip to Seattle! We were joined by Devon and Dave who are living (almost) up in Seattle now and then our San Diego friends, Jen and Ryan. With Devon and Dave as our tour guides, we ventured around the city and found some great breweries and food joints! Despite the rain, we even squeezed in some sightseeing.

We also got to catch up with our SB friend Andrea for dinner, although we forgot to take pictures that night. It was a blast seeing her though!

Valentines/Marks Birthday Weekend

I am so behind on my blog updates - sorry.

Valentines Day weekend, Mark and Nancy flew down to SD for the long weekend. We had a great time - spent Saturday golfing, lunch at Pizza Port and dinner at World Famous. Sunday was Mark's birthday so the boys went up to Temecula to try out a new golf course and Nancy, Daisy and I enjoyed the great weather walking, eating breakfast outdoors and shopping. Caroline joined us later that evening and we walked down for drinks at the Catamaran Hotel, then we boarded the Bahia Belle and cruised around the bay listening to live music. We then walked over and had a great dinner and a bunch of cocktails at Firehouse. Here we are on the Bahia Belle...
